Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment at our manufacturing unit and retail outlets. The candidate should ensure uninterrupted electrical operations while maintaining safety standards and minimizing downtime.
Key ResponsibilitiesFactory Maintenance
- Maintain and repair all electrical wiring, panels, DBs, MCCs, and power distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery and equipment.
- Install and maintain motors, control panels, sensors, starters, and electrical accessories.
- Ensure smooth functioning of bakery, confectionery, refrigeration, and packaging equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Monitor DG set, UPS, stabilizers, and electrical load distribution.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Retail Outlet Maintenance
- Visit outlets regularly for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Repair electrical issues related to lighting, signboards, sockets, switches, and wiring.
- Maintain air conditioners, refrigeration units, display chillers, and electrical appliances.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply during business hours.
- Coordinate with outlet managers for maintenance requirements.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Identify potential electrical hazards and take corrective actions.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors whenever required.
- Support installation of new equipment and electrical upgrades.
- Attend emergency breakdowns at factory or outlets whenever required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring and power distribution.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Experience in troubleshooting industrial and commercial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of motors, control panels, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, and sensors.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical Wireman License (Preferred).
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, bakery, or retail chains will be preferred.
Working Conditions
- 6 days working.
- Must be willing to travel to all company outlets.
- Available for emergency breakdown calls beyond working hours when required.

- Machine downtime due to electrical faults.
- Preventive maintenance compliance.
- Response time for breakdowns.
- Electrical safety compliance.
- Timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Reduction in repeat electrical complaints.
- Proper maintenance records and reporting.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, bakery, or retail outlets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
