Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, erection, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of CNC machines supplied by FOM Machines.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical consultancy and support to customers.
- Deliver application support and technical guidance to end users.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for business partners and customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Develop, maintain, and update service documentation, reports, and organizational process records.
- Ensure timely service support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in Aluminium Working Machines, Wood Working Machines, Glass Processing Machines, CNC Machines, or Machine Tools.
- Hands-on experience in installation, erection, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of machine electronics, PLC systems, electrical controls, and machine troubleshooting.
- Experience in providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support and application support to customers.
- Candidates with experience in the Machine Tools or CNC Cutting Tools industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer-handling, and MS Office skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
