Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend with around 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications built on ReactJS. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strong technical expertise with people management. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to build high-quality user experiences while mentoring engineers, driving engineering best practices, and influencing frontend architecture. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, leading high-performing teams, and building products at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable frontend applications using ReactJS.
Define and drive frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Mentor, guide, and support frontend engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features.
Break down business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Drive sprint planning, technical estimations, and timely project delivery.
Identify technical debt and continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and development processes.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance development of frontend engineers.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product quality and engineering efficiency.
Around 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with 4–5 years of experience leading engineering teams.
Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Rest APIs/ GraphQL and modern frontend development practices.
Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Router, and microfronted architecture.
Good understanding of REST APIs, state management, responsive UI development, and frontend performance optimization.
Familiarity with DevOps practises (CI/CD pipelines Docker, Kubernetes) modern build tools, and frontend testing frameworks.
Designing Web and Mobile SDK
Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or enterprise web applications in Agile environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills with the ability to balance technical excellence and delivery.
