Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit, and other digital platforms. The candidate should be able to create engaging content, manage campaigns, improve brand visibility, and support lead generation for our B2B industrial auction business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posts and updates on all social media channels.
- Create professional content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit, and blog platforms.
- Plan social media calendars for brand awareness, buyer registration, seller registration, and auction promotion.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, banners, reels, short videos, and ad graphics.
- Write short captions, ad copies, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Research industry trends related to scrap, steel, machinery, auctions, MSMEs, manufacturing, and B2B trade.
- Run and monitor basic paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google when required.
- Increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and qualified business leads.
- Track post performance and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports.
- Support SEO, blog posting, directory submissions, PR posting, and content distribution.
- Engage with comments, messages, and business inquiries professionally.
Required Skills
- Good writing skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital branding.
- Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, Meta Business Suite, hashtags, and content planning.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, blogs, and website traffic generation.
- Ability to create professional B2B content.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, auction, scrap, machinery, or marketplace business will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable researching technical/industrial topics and converting them into simple marketing content.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and able to work with targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
