We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background and experience managing end-to-end technology projects. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a Developer role into Project Management and possess a good understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Manage software development projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, product, and business teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development and project management.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
