About the Role
Houselink360 is looking for a creative, versatile Graphic Designer + AI Content Creator + Video Editor to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, edit, and create scroll-stopping content across social media, real estate marketing collateral, and video platforms — while also leveraging AI tools to speed up and elevate content production. Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook)
- Edit Instagram Reels with trending formats, transitions, and effects
- Edit YouTube videos including intros, cuts, captions, and pacing
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails optimized for clicks
- Create property brochures and real estate marketing collateral
- Generate AI-powered images and videos for campaigns and content
- Develop Facebook & Instagram ad creatives and organic content
- Produce brand marketing materials (banners, flyers, digital assets)
- Stay current with social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
Skills Required
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator / Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut
- After Effects (basic level)
- ChatGPT (for content ideation, captions, scripting)
- AI creative tools — Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy and platform best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
- Good eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
