We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and property buyers/sellers in a professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding properties and services
- Schedule appointments and meetings for real estate agents and management
- Maintain office records, files, and client databases
- Assist with property listings, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Support marketing activities such as preparing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors for smooth office operations
- Manage basic office supplies and inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
