About the Role
Naad Wellness is looking for a skilled Senior Therapist experienced in both Ayurveda and Western therapies. This role focuses on delivering treatments strictly based on doctor-prescribed protocols, ensuring consistency, safety, and a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Ayurvedic and Western therapies as per doctor’s prescription and treatment plans
- Follow all therapy protocols, hygiene, and safety standards diligently
- Ensure accurate execution of therapies without deviation from prescribed guidelines
- Maintain therapy records, treatment logs, and client progress updates
- Support medical and wellness teams for smooth daily operations
- Guide and assist junior therapists when required
- Deliver a professional and calming experience for guests
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ayurveda and Western therapies
- Certification/Diploma in Ayurveda, Panchakarma, or related field
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques and protocols
- Ability to strictly follow medical instructions
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach

Pay: ₹8,298.15 - ₹34,456.25 per month
