What You Will Do (Role Overview):
Supervise & Execute: Oversee on-site wedding decor setup and ensure everything is executed perfectly according to the plan.
Coordinate: Work closely with vendors, on-site workers, and our internal design team for smooth operations.
Quality & Timeline Control: Ensure timely completion of all setups while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Problem Solving: Handle on-site challenges and unexpected situations quickly and efficiently.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Experience: Prior experience in event execution or wedding decor management is preferred.
Skills: Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Management: Ability to handle teams, labor, and tight deadlines under pressure.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible/extended hours based on event schedules.
