Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the loan segment and strong analytical skills to evaluate customer profiles and manage credit risk efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and customer creditworthiness
- Analyze financial documents and CIBIL reports
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Monitor loan accounts and repayment behavior
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Key Requirements:
- Graduation (Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of experience in Loan / Finance sector
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel & Microsoft tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with English fluency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in NBFC / Banking sector
- Knowledge of credit policies and risk assessment
- Team coordination skills
