Role Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US contract and full-time roles.
- Work on quick-fill IT requirements shared by clients and vendor partners.
- Maintain candidate engagement, availability confirmation, and rate negotiation.
- Ensure submission quality aligned with client expectations.
- Support interview coordination and follow-ups until closure.
