We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and execute end-to-end sales activities for residential/commercial real estate projects.
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
· Develop sales strategies for residential & commercial projects.
· Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial)
· Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project details to prospective clients.
· Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of sales cycles.
· Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
