Key Responsibilities of a Flight Clerk/Manager
· Oversee and manage refuelling operations for aircraft, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation standards.
· Coordinate with ground staff, suppliers, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient fuelling.
· Monitor fuel inventory, consumption, and maintain accurate records.
· Implement safety protocols and conduct regular audits of refuelling procedures.
· Lead and train refuelling staff, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.
· Liaise with vendors and negotiate contracts for fuel supply and related services.
Skills Required
· Graduate degree (technical or management preferred).
· Strong knowledge of aviation fuelling operations and safety standards.
· Proven leadership and team management experience.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to handle operational challenges under time‑critical conditions.
