As an Architect at our firm, you won’t just be sitting behind a screen drawing lines; you will be the creative and technical anchor of your projects. You will collaborate closely with principals, lead design teams, coordinate with engineering consultants, and interface directly with clients. Your goal will be to deliver stunning, code-compliant, and highly functional architecture on time and on budget.
Core Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Translate client visions into conceptual designs, space planning, and schematic layouts.
- Technical Documentation: Oversee and produce comprehensive Construction Documents (CDs), detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Project Management & Coordination: Lead multi-disciplinary consultant teams (structural, MEP, civil) to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Construction Administration: Conduct site visits, review submittals/RFIs, resolve field issues, and ensure the design intent is maintained through final construction.
- Client & Regulatory Relations: Present design concepts to clients and guide projects through zoning boards, building departments, and code compliance reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- The Credentials: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and active architectural licensure (NCARB preferred).
- The Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in an architecture firm, with a proven track record of seeing projects through construction.
- The Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Revit is non-negotiable. Experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (Enscape/V-Ray) is highly preferred.
- The Mindset: A sharp eye for design detail balanced with a deep understanding of building science, construction methods, and building codes (IBC/ADA).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You should be as comfortable pitching to a client as you are problem-solving with a contractor on a muddy job site.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
