Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in designing and developing custom modules within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to enhance system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
