Job Summary
ASB Academy is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Community Manager to build and manage an engaging student and learner community. The candidate will be responsible for driving interactions, handling queries, planning engagement activities, and ensuring a positive community experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate student communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Onboard new students into the community and guide them throughout their journey
- Plan and execute engagement activities such as webinars, live sessions, events, and discussions
- Share announcements, updates, success stories, and promotional content
- Collect community feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Coordinate with marketing, training, and placement teams for regular updates
- Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in EdTech / Education industry will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
