Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Intern – Growth & Innovation to support strategic initiatives for the Sinch Converse and AI-led communications business. This role sits within the revenue leadership office and will work on market intelligence, ecosystem mapping, partner research, and GTM initiatives that accelerate SMB growth.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the rapidly evolving Conversational AI and CPaaS ecosystem, while contributing directly to real business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research on Conversational AI, Agentic Voice AI, and CPaaS trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive insights.
• Map enterprise accounts, partner ecosystems, and industry platforms relevant to Sinch Converse growth initiatives.
• Support pipeline acceleration by preparing account intelligence, market briefs, and pre-sales insights for strategic opportunities.
• Assist in identifying potential channel partners, agencies, and platform integrations that can expand the Sinch Converse ecosystem.
