Key Responsibilities
- Tally & ERP Management: Maintain real-time, accurate business transactions in Tally Prime, while actively assisting in migrating and scaling workflows to an advanced ERP system.
- End-to-End Payroll: Process monthly employee salaries, calculate variable incentives, manage reimbursement claims, and execute timely bank disbursements.
- Tax Compliance & Filing: Calculate, deposit, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) while ensuring zero penalty delays.
- Statutory Payroll Deductions: Compute and file essential payroll-linked statutory taxes, including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT).
- General Ledger Bookkeeping: Own day-to-day basic accounting tasks, including voucher preparation, journal entries, and precise cash/bank book management.
- AP & AR Operations: Oversee accounts payable and receivable by verifying vendor invoices, tracking customer collections, and managing aging schedules.
- Bank & Vendor Reconciliation: Conduct weekly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and tie out supplier/customer ledgers to catch and fix errors early. Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Com, M.Com
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core accounting and payroll experience.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime, advanced MS Excel, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF).
