About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support and coordinate software development projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development, QA, and Client teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project plans are maintained and updated.

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, status calls, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder discussions.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and action trackers.

Follow up with development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

Support Agile/Scrum project execution and coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Maintain project dashboards and generate periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.

Assist in resource planning, onboarding coordination, and project governance activities.

Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Administrator, or similar role within IT Software Development projects.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to work in CST shift hours and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or PMO processes.

Certification such as Scrum Fundamentals, CSM, CAPM, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience coordinating offshore/onshore software development teams.
