Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of staff.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
Assist in payroll, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate training and induction programs for new employees.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
