- End to end contract management from Drafting, vetting and reviewing of various service agreements, vendor agreements including contract negotiations with various stakeholders both internal and external.
- Handling cybercrime complaints and liaising with law enforcement agencies and statutory authorities.
- Drafting of legal notices and liasoning with external counsels for litigation matters of the company.
- Identifying potential risks and suggesting effective ways and establishing processes for minimising the organisation's risks.
