Profile: Techno Sales Manager Inks(Domestic)-Digital Printing-Surat-8.4 LPA
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in techno sales or technical service of inks, coatings, or speciality chemicals.
Salary Range: 65k to 70k
Roles:
- Develop domestic sales plans to increase revenue.
- Expand customer base across printers, converters, packaging companies, and OEMs.
- Prospect and acquire new business while managing existing accounts.
- Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, and collections.
- Provide consultative technical selling and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, mill trials, and application testing.
- Resolve technical complaints and quality issues.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams for customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
- Manage dealer/distributor networks across regions.
- Participate in trade shows and industry exhibitions.
- Handle Pan-India travel and territory management.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate order-to-delivery process with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and pricing proposals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or related discipline.
