Lead hiring, onboarding, HR operations, policy implementation, performance tracking, and employee engagement. Drive people processes, compliance, and team productivity in a fast-growing consulting organization.
Required Candidate profile
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance tracking. Skilled in HRMS/ATS tools, Excel or Google Sheets, attendance management, & policy documentation.
