Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily packing activities for modular furniture and components.
- Ensure all finished products are properly checked, packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Verify product quantity, dimensions, accessories, and hardware before packing.
- Ensure proper packing methods are followed to prevent damage during transportation.
- Supervise packing workers and allocate manpower according to workload.
- Ensure proper identification and labelling of modules, panels, hardware, and accessories.
- Check packing materials such as cartons, bubble wrap, foam, tapes, corner protectors, and straps.
- Maintain packing records and daily dispatch-related reports.
- Monitor packing quality and minimize product damage, wastage, and rework.
- Ensure products are packed according to customer/order requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the packing area.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely loading and delivery.
- Train and guide packing staff on proper handling and packing procedures.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in packing supervision, preferably in modular/furniture manufacturing.
- Knowledge of modular furniture components and packing procedures.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read basic production/order documents.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
