About Position:
This role requires a degree in Computer Science or related field with 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. You will design customer journeys, build data workflows, and develop personalized campaigns. Key technical proficiencies include SQL, AMP script, SSJS, and managing Marketing Cloud Connect.

What You'll Do:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Expertise in Email Studio including:
- Salesforce Sends
- User-Initiated Sends
- Triggered Sends
- Experience in Journey Builder for creating and managing customer journeys.
- Hands-on knowledge of Automation Studio including automations, file imports, filters, and SQL activities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, personalization strings, and dynamic email content development.
- Experience with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Subscriber Lists, and suppression management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email delivery, journey failures, automations, and subscriber-related issues.
- Experience with Cloud Pages.
- Understanding of email deliverability concepts including Sender Authentication Package (SAP), DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and subscriber management.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate campaign requirements into technical solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Experience with Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio.
- Knowledge of Interaction Studio / Marketing Cloud Personalization use cases and personalization strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integrations.
- Understanding of Einstein features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to reporting and analytics dashboards in SFMC.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
