Position: Immigration Counsellor

Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals,
background, and eligibility for permanent residency visas.
- Evaluate clients' profiles, including education, work experience, language proficiency, and
other relevant factors.
- Analyze clients' profiles against eligibility criteria for different permanent residency visa
categories.
- Present suitable immigration solutions and services based on the client's profile and
preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the progress of their
applications.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely responses.
- Identify and target potential clients interested in immigration services.
- Increase the number of qualified leads and potential clients in the sales pipeline.
- Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline with clear stages for each potential
client.
- Regularly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move them through the sales
process.
- Increase efficiency in managing leads and conversions, reducing lead attrition.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes for permanent
residency visas in various countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients
from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing and organizing documentation.
- Problem-solving ability to address clients' unique immigration challenges.
- Proficiency in relevant immigration software and databases.
- Ethical and responsible conduct in guiding clients through the immigration process.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
