Esteemed Advocates & Solicitors are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Associate – Litigation to join its dynamic dispute resolution team in Mumbai.
Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and complex matters across forums such as the High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, arbitration proceedings, and real estate disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage litigation matters across multiple legal forums
Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and appellate documents
Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic advice
Collaborate with senior advocates and guide junior associates
Maintain strong client relationships and manage case documentation
✅ Who We’re Looking For
LL.B. degree & enrolment with the Bar Council of India
8–9 years of relevant litigation experience
Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
Proficiency in *Marathi (mandatory)*
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
