We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and software systems.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Organize and manage digital files and records.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, or Administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of data management and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data processing and internet research.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, filtering, sorting, and basic reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM or database software is an advantage.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
