Salary :
- Full Time : Rs. 15,000.00 to 18,500.00/- per month
- Part Time : Rs. 7,500/- per month
Gender : Male & Female
Age Limit: 20 to 28
Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Roles and Resposibilty
- Sourcing Candidates: Proactively search for talent through job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases to build a qualified candidate pool.
- Job Posting & Management: Draft compelling job descriptions and publish opportunities on career portals, company websites, and external recruitment platforms.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, perform initial phone or preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interview rounds between prospective candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for both parties.
- Selection & Offer Management: Assist hiring managers in decision-making, extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and handle initial background checks.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, guiding new hires through documentation, orientation, and initial orientation.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to support future staffing requirements.
