We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Trainer to join our Training & Development team at our Gandhinagar office. In this role, you'll help equip new hires with the knowledge and skills they need to excel — turning training into an engaging, results-driven experience. What you'll do
- Supervise and train up to 40 team members per training class
- Plan, assign, and direct work within the training environment; appraise trainee performance
- Identify knowledge gaps through questioning techniques, hands-on activities, and classroom discussions — and close them
- Act as a subject matter expert across campaign topics; mentor Training Apprentices and fellow trainers
- Occasionally write curriculum for Etech or its clients, including best practices and training guides
- Deliver creative, solutions-focused training that prepares trainees to be self-sufficient customer advocates
- Adapt plans at a moment's notice while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Foster a fun, engaging classroom environment where learning flourishes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
What we offer
- 2 – 4 years of experience in training and development
- Comfortable adapting quickly to corporate changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong classroom facilitation and communication skills; ability to lead with humility
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and build effective cross-department relationships
- Knowledge of training and sales techniques; ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
