We are hiring an experienced Safety Engineer / HSE Engineer for a hospital construction project in Bhubaneswar.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project HSE procedures.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Carry out risk assessments and implement control measures.
- Monitor PPE, work permits and safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE reports, records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors to maintain site safety standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of construction safety experience.
- Hospital / Healthcare Project experience preferred.
- ADIS / NEBOSH certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety and HSE practices.
- Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
