We are looking for passionate Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and career options.
- Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, and admission timelines.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
