Job Overview:
We are hiring CNC Operators to join a manufacturing team in Pashamailaram, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CNC machine operations, production processes, and workplace safety.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical
Diploma – Mechanical
ITI – Mechanical / Machinist / relevant trade
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary:
Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary will depend on skills, experience, and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Set and operate machines according to given specifications.
Load and unload components safely.
Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth production.
Check dimensions and quality of finished components.
Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Identify basic machine or production issues and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the machine.
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Ensure minimum material wastage and proper handling of components.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
Understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings is preferred.
Knowledge of measuring instruments is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.
Experience:
Freshers: Can apply.
Experienced CNC Operators: Preferred for higher salary range.
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates who can join immediately.
Candidates willing to work in Pashamailaram, Hyderabad.
Candidates with CNC machining or manufacturing experience will have an advantage.
