Position Summary:
As SDR you will build and accelerate Phenom Cloud’s pipeline across the GCC region. You will convert inbound marketing-qualified leads into Discovery Calls while also executing outbound prospecting into strategic GCC accounts. Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Own the MQL-to-SQL conversion process for GCC territories.

Respond to inbound leads from Arabic-language campaigns and regional events.

Qualify GCC prospects using BANT frameworks and regional buying dynamics.

Book Discovery Calls for Senior Director – Enterprise Sales (EMEA).

Execute bilingual outbound prospecting campaigns across Gulf Council Countries (GCC)

Support Arabic-language messaging with Marketing and Content teams.

Conduct post-webinar and post-event follow-ups.

Maintain knowledge of Phenom Cloud services and AI-powered migration tools.

Track weekly SDR performance KPIs and provide market intelligence feedback.
Skills/Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience.

Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.

Understanding of GCC business culture and enterprise buying dynamics.

Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Strong organisational and pipeline management skills.

Interest in technology and AI developments.

Ability to manage enterprise outbound campaigns independently.
