Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, signage, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality designs using typography, color, imagery, and layout principles.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain and organize design assets, photography, and creative files.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Review existing creative materials and recommend improvements to enhance visual communication.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
- Excellent creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with a creative agency, branding agency, or marketing team.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Photography and photo-editing experience.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
