Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced MICE Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing corporate accounts for MICE travel solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent client management skills, and experience in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for MICE (Domestic & International).
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations for customized proposals.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and cost estimates for MICE events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and vendors for competitive pricing.
- Ensure timely follow-up, negotiation, and closure of business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM updates and submit regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new destinations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in MICE Sales within the travel industry.
- Existing corporate client network will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
