Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our NVOCC team. This is a mostly on-field role requiring daily visits to exporters, importers, manufacturers and freight forwarders to secure container bookings and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits: Travel daily to meet potential clients, factories, and freight forwarders.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pitch NVOCC services directly to active exporters/importers.
- Secure Bookings: Secure container bookings (TEUs) through direct on-site negotiations.
- Quote Rates: Provide competitive ocean freight quotes during or after client meetings.
- Relationship Building: Maintain face-to-face relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Gather real-time field data on competitor pricing and market trends.
- Meet Targets: Achieve monthly field visit and volume sales targets.
Salary Range: 18,000/- to 25,000/- Monthly
