Responsibilities: Manage and track leadsthrough systematic telephonic engagement and CRMupdates Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career pathways Conduct online and telephonic presentations explaining products and services indetail Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead conversion Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Build strong and constructive relationships with prospective students and parents Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM/LMS systems Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of processes Maintain professionalism in communication, presentation, and conduct Follow company policies, HR guidelines, and ethical standards Handle objections and rejections constructively while maintaining a positiveapproach Requirements: Strong negotiation and counselling skills Excellent verbal and written communication Target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Internet) Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a structured and performance-oriented environment Professional approach aligned with company ethics and code of conduct Good to Have: Experience in Education Industry / EdTech sector Hands-on experience with CRM tools Strong online presentation and webinar handling skills Creative approach towards student engagement and conversion strategies Working Hours:10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)10 AM to 5 PM (Saturday)
