The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing daily store activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations,MS Excel.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with inventory teams
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Support store operations during peak hours and special sale events
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (fashion/clothing preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems,MS Excell.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Presentable, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
