Applogic Consulting is hiring a Personalized Recruiter Intern to work one-on-one with individuals and professionals seeking career transitions. You will act as a dedicated career partner, optimizing resumes daily for industry relevance and helping candidates position themselves effectively for hiring.
This role requires you to be proactive with AI tools and have strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn for research, outreach, and branding.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Resume & Profile Optimization*
- Review and optimize candidate resumes daily based on current industry hiring trends
- Tailor resumes for specific JDs, ATS compatibility, and keyword alignment
- Rewrite summary, experience, and skills sections for maximum impact
- Maintain version control of resumes for different roles/industries
*LinkedIn & Personal Branding*
- Audit and enhance LinkedIn profiles: headline, About section, experience, skills, featured content
- Research trending keywords, job titles, and skills for target industries
- Guide candidates on LinkedIn engagement strategy and networking best practices
- Track profile visibility metrics and suggest improvements
*AI Tools & Market Research*
- Proactively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for resume drafting, JD analysis, and skill mapping
- Stay updated on hiring trends, in-demand skills, and new job roles across domains
- Analyze JDs from top companies to extract must-have skills and requirements
- Build and maintain a repository of optimized resume templates and LinkedIn samples
*Candidate Support*
- Conduct 1:1 calls with assigned professionals to understand career goals
- Provide daily feedback and iterations on resumes until they are market-ready
- Educate candidates on how recruiters shortlist profiles and how ATS works
- Maintain trackers of candidate progress and placements
*Requirements*
- Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written English and editing skills
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn: search, networking, profile building
- Proactive in using AI tools for content creation and research
- Understanding of recruitment process and ATS systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and deadline-driven
