* Alumni engagement & upselling
Preferred candidate should have:
Strong communication & sales skills
Experience in business development/admissions
Team handling capability
Lead conversion understanding
Education / Training industry exposure preferred
KPIs to monitor:
* Monthly admissions
* Conversion ratio
* Follow-up quality
* Corporate tie-ups
* Revenue generation
* Webinar registrations
