Workforce Industries is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
- Record and maintain accurate minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, business documents, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding certifications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Manage and organize branding, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with various departments regarding work status, project updates, and deliverables.
- Maintain confidential business information with complete discretion and professionalism.
- Handle official emails, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and business correspondence.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administration, Office Coordination, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior management or directors.
- Knowledge of vendor management and documentation processes.
- Experience in branding, marketing coordination, or project tracking.
