We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – B2B
Location: Kolkata | Experience: 2–9 Years | Full-Time
What You’ll Do
1. Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales — from lead generation to deal closure
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT/SaaS & digital solutions
3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
5. Collaborate with marketing & tech teams to align sales strategies
6. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets & KPIs
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
What We’re Looking For
1. 2–9 years of experience in IT / SaaS / Software / Service Sales
2. Proven track record in B2B sales & enterprise deal closures
3. Strong skills in lead generation, pitching & negotiation
4. Experience in Advertising Solutions / Telecom / IT Services is a plus
5. Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
6. Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
