Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, as well as developing new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the software, while also addressing any issues that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to adapt to changing requirements and work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with integration of financial systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
