Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management within the Chemicals & Additives industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell specialty chemicals, additives, and raw materials across various industries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales eAectively.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Chemicals & Additives market
. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS OAice and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
