Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum, manage lesson planning, and monitor classroom teaching standards across all grades.
- Administrative Management: Support the Principal in daily operational tasks, scheduling/timetables, managing substitute teachers, and coordinating school events.
- Faculty Mentorship: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback to teaching staff, and organize professional development workshops.
