Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Developer with 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML and software development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI-powered applications leveraging GPT, Llama, Gemini, Claude, and other foundation models.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Create and optimize prompts for enhanced AI model performance.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI applications.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-Tuning, and AI Agents.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and integrating AI services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI Studio.
- Strong understanding of AI model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
