Agile Program Planning and Execution
- Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning processes within GPS
- Proactively participate in all Agile ceremonies, e.g stand-ups and sprint planning. Change Management
- Work on adoption of new products to the bank’s offering Develop product approval process Support to foster the engineering culture within your team Bring proven expertise in engineering practices and processes and have experience operating and supporting critical business systems on a global scale. Your experience with microservices, cloud-native applications and distributed systems will help us propel our business growth. As part of a highly collaborative team, contribute to the future Software Solutions strategy of the GPS Support maintaining common platforms within GPS.
- Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Professional and Technical
Experience working with Flowable (Open Source or Enterprise) Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) and Maven or Gradle Hands-on experience with BMPN 2.0 modelling Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns Solid understanding of software engineering principles, best practices and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Experience working with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within banking domain, especially within financial markets
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Certification in BPM technologies or relevant training Experience with Azure Application Platform, especially AKS Demonstrated ability to develop, debug, and deploy applications in Linux-based environments Knowledge of front-end integration techniques (e.g., Angular, React) to support workflow task lists and forms

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
