Job Title: Barista / All-Rounder
Department: Front of House
Reports To: Café Manager / Store Manager
Job Summary:
A Barista / All-Rounder is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, assisting customers, handling payments, and supporting daily café operations. They ensure excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Operate espresso machines and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Serve food items and assist with basic food preparation if required.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, and work areas.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist team members during busy hours.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and time management skills.
- Basic cash handling skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant preferred.
- Barista training or certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
