We are a fast-growing healthy food and cloud kitchen company specializing in salads, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, and guilt-free desserts, operating through a central kitchen and multiple delivery outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations from the central kitchen to all outlets.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products and orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Packing, Inventory, and Operations teams.
- Monitor dispatch schedules, stock transfers, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily reports.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, shortages, and delays.
- Supervise dispatch staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Ensure packaging, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
- Track dispatch KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Food Operations.
- Experience in Cloud Kitchen, QSR, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch/inventory systems.
- Strong coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
